MARIETTA, GA (May 6, 2019) – The Cobb Chamber of Commerce named InPrime Legal as one of its 2019 Top 25 Small Business of the Year at the Chamber’s First Monday Breakfast. This is the second time the Chamber has recognized InPrime Legal for this prestigious award because of InPrime’s remarkable innovation, sound approach to organizational challenges and positive impact on the community.

“We are blessed and honored to have been selected for this award by the Cobb Chamber along with so many other incredible businesses,” said InPrime Managing Attorney, Jonathan Page.

InPrime Legal serves as a specialized legal team for small to midsized businesses at a predictable flat monthly fee, with a client-reported 10-fold return on investment. They look at the business first – its short term and long term initiatives – and then wrap the law around it.

With InPrime, business law is no longer reactive, just waiting for things to go awry. Upon engagement, InPrime aims to closely examine every nook and cranny of company structure, people issues, contracts, protection of intellectual property, and the company’s leases and commercial real estate to uncover legal threats before they become big legal problems.

The InPrime attorneys are business people first who just happen to be lawyers. What that means is they “get it” – winning legal battles isn’t really a win if a business loses a ton of money in the process.  So, they reinvented the old lawyer model, transforming legal from a cost center to a profit center.

“We are so proud of all the small businesses that make up such an integral part of our community,” said Cobb Chamber President and CEO Sharon Mason. “The quality of the businesses, the work they’re doing in the community, the great jobs they’re bringing—it all goes toward making Cobb County a vibrant and successful place to live, work and play.”

To be considered for the Top 25 Small Businesses of Year, applicants must prove an increase in sales or unit volume, provide examples of innovation, discuss adversity and challenges, and thoroughly detail their community involvement. Applications are analyzed and considered by a group of independent community business leaders and affiliates of the Small Business Administration.

The First Monday Breakfast was sponsored by LOUD Security Systems and S.A. White Oil Company.
