What Steps Do You Need To Take?

We hope you are doing awesome and wanted to bring the following important Class Action Claim information and filing deadline to your attention. As an individual or business who accepted Visa and/or Mastercard between January 1, 2004 and January 25, 2019, you are now eligible to claim your share of a $5.5 billion Settlement. This is the biggest anti-trust settlement in history. The Claim Filing Deadline is May 31, 2024.

“The Settlement Class [Rule 23(b)(3)] shall consist of all persons, businesses, and other entities that have accepted any Visa-Branded Cards and/or Mastercard Branded Cards in the United States at any time from January 1, 2004 to the Settlement Preliminary Approval Date, … “ (exclusions are noted and can be found here beginning on Page 17.)
How Do You File a Claim?
Claim Forms were mailed to known Class Members beginning December 1, 2023 on a rolling basis so it is possible you may not have received a Claim Form in the mail yet.
If you received the notice by mail, you can submit a claim online using the provided QR Code along with the secure credentials provided within the notice. You will enter the Claimant ID and Control Number located in the middle of the Claim Form you were mailed below to view your transaction fee information and file a claim.
If you did not receive a Claim Form, you may begin the claim process by providing your Taxpayer Identification Number along with some additional information, and the Class Administrator will attempt to determine whether you are a merchant that is eligible to file a claim in this Settlement.
