Zachary Cohen

Business Attorney

Zachary Cohen is a Business Attorney at the firm. Prior to InPrime Legal, he gained valuable experience both as a corporate associate at an AMLaw 100 firm and as in house counsel for a tech company. While at DLA Piper and in house at Alta Medica, he handled matters such as venture capital and private equity financings, M&A, SaaS and other vendor based tech transactions, development of go to market strategy, corporate restructuring, leveraged buyouts, and corporate governance. Zach was driven into law by his desire to help innovative and entrepreneurial people turn their visions and dreams into a reality and to help drive innovation.

Zach graduated with honors from the Emory University School of Law in 2022 and summa cum laude from the University at Buffalo, with both a B.S.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics, in 2019. He is a member of the State Bar in both Georgia and New York (pending).
