Raymond J. Lindholm
Raymond Lindholm is a seasoned healthcare law expert with over a decade of specialized experience helping his clients navigate the complex regulatory landscape of the healthcare industry, both as a Partner at a leading healthcare law firm and as the Chief Legal Officer of a healthcare startup.
Possessing a deep understanding of state and federal regulatory systems, Raymond has consistently delivered superior results to his clients. As a partner at Polisnelli, P.C., Raymond utilized his expertise in diverse matters ranging from sophisticated transactions to high-stakes government investigations, False Claims Act litigation, critical internal investigations, and sanctions from regulatory agencies. His strategic defense of clients has overturned millions of dollars in state, federal, and commercial investigation and audit demands.
Raymond has worked with healthcare providers and suppliers across the industry, from the largest hospitals and health systems to small, family-owned providers. His practice has focused on healthcare regulatory advisement, assisting clients at every stage of the business lifecycle, including startup, growth and scaling, and exit, counseling them on strategic joint ventures and partnerships, operational compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
In 2021, Raymond accepted a position as the Chief Legal Officer of a healthcare company bringing innovative implantable medical devices to market. There, he established and grew the legal and compliance departments, guiding them as they brought multiple products through FDA 510k approval.
Raymond is a co-author of The Fundamentals of Health Law, published by the American Health Lawyers Association, and has published articles and papers in industry journals, international scientific journals, and trade publications. He is also a co-author of the Nova Science book, Environmental Disparities in Children – Asthma, Obesity, and Food. He has served as an adjunct professor of health law at Georgia State College of Law. Raymond has been invited to speak at healthcare conferences around the country on topics ranging from healthcare law and practice to attorney health and wellness.
Raymond is a citizen of the Central Council of Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska. Raymond is Ch’aak (Eagle moiety), and his family is from the Gooshi Hit (Killer Whale Dorsal Fin House) of the Dakl’aweidi clan (Killer Whale Clan). He is also a certified Wim Hof Method Level II instructor.
