Christopher (“Chris”) Kanelos rejoined InPrime Legal in September 2024, after serving as a Business Attorney and summer associate with the firm. During his time away from InPrime, Chris gained valuable experience at two AMLaw 100 firms. As an associate attorney at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, he was part of the corporate and private equity team, primarily representing clients in buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions with deal values ranging from $10 million to $150 million across various industries.

Chris graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law in 2019 and summa cum laude from Georgia State University with a B.A. in Political Science in 2014. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
