Meet Geoffrey Pette

Geoffrey Pette is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Pette P.A. located in Davie, Florida. Geoff’s practice focuses on representing businesses and individuals in a wide array of legal matters. As both a seasoned litigator and experienced business attorney, Geoff tackles his clients’ legal matters through meticulous preparation and tireless advocacy, all while approaching each matter with strategic, sensible, cost-effective, and creative solutions. While Geoff has experience in many general litigation matters, his primary focus is on Business, Dental, Employment, and Real Estate Law & Litigation, as well as offering clients Real Estate Title Litigation and Closing Services.

Geoff is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Florida as well as the United States District Court in the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust section of the Florida Bar.

A native Floridian, Geoff earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law and his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was awarded numerous book awards of excellence for the highest grade in Advanced Legal Research & Writing, Constitutional Law II and Corporations, as well as multiple Dean’s List awards. Geoff received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida. When Geoff is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, boating, golfing, and rooting for the University of Miami’s athletics programs.
