Courtney Manuel is a Florida native and distinguished professional with a strong foundation in marketing, legal, and investigative expertise. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Florida before commissioning as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. During her military tenure, Courtney served as a Contract Specialist, managing complex base-wide procurement for goods, services, and construction. She later pivoted to lead investigations into procurement fraud against the Air Force as a Certified Fraud Examiner and Special Agent.
Courtney holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Xavier University and a Juris Doctor from Faulkner University. Notably, she achieved the highest academic average in her class, earning the prestigious James J. Carter Scholarship Award. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and reading.
